Accessibility

Kamping Kitbash is organised by a small non-profit collective, and we’re deeply committed to making our events as welcoming, inclusive, and accessible as possible. We are partnering with Het Raster - Leuven to make our event a welcoming space for people on the autism spectrum.

If you have any questions, access needs, or concerns (whether practical, financial, sensory, or social) please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to listen and think along with you.

We aim to create a low-stimulus, low-pressure environment, and actively work to make the space safe and open to people of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. We’re proud to partner with Het Raster to improve accessibility for neurodivergent participants, including autistic attendees.

Social Tariff

We believe that money should never be a barrier to creativity or community. If the regular ticket price is out of reach for you, we offer a social tariff: no questions asked. Just send us a message and we’ll sort it out together.

If you have a Belgian UITPAS, you automatically qualify for a 50% discount on any ticket. Just email us your UITPAS code and we’ll apply the reduction.
